OK, that's sad! I thought of you as I mixed up a batch of cranberry bread this p.m. It smelled good and looked good but the bottom stuck to the breadpan and it came out ugly. However, it tastes good.
I should get you in touch with a lady in my ward -- she has twinners who are gluten-intolerant, but she is totally adventurous and has learned how to make the most amazing things. You'd never know they weren't made with wheat flour.
Sad and frustrating. I hate spending time in the kitchen making something I think will be great and than to mess up or have it not turn out. Good luck with that learning curve.
Let's see... We have been married since 2002 and have 3 beautiful children together. We have a minivan a home and a wonderful life outside of Salt Lake City.

So sorry. Guess that's part of the learning curve. Knowing you it will get better.
I feel so much better knowing I'm not the only one that, at times, has bad cookies! Only, I have no gluten excuse for my disasters!

That is just sad.
